Typically the first response we hear after pouring this wine - "whoa, that's really good." We think so too. Let this hard to pronounce, not so common Rhone wine blow your mind and settle your nerves. Seems contradictory. But that's how we made this wine. A little oak, full ML (but not buttery), a couple different primary fermentation yeasts. We made a white like a red and ended up with a world class beauty. If you like reds, this is your white wine.
